Welcome to ACUMG
The Association of College and University Museums and Galleries
(ACUMG) is a network of museums and galleries affiliated with academic
institutions throughout North America. 
ACUMG is an Affiliate Professional
Organization of the American Association of Museums (AAM) and an
affiliate of the College Art Association (CAA).
Organized in 1980, ACUMG addresses the issues that are relevant and
unique to college and university museums and galleries of all disciplines
including art, history, natural history, and science. Issues include
governance,ethics, education and exhibitions, management, strategic
planning, support, collections, and professional programs.
