Instructors: Mark Manone and Paul Heinrich

Overview: This workshop will cover the following topics:

  • ESRI ArcGIS Online
  • Making maps through web based resources
  • KML creation and discovery for Google Earth
  • Using Metadata to publicize your map service through the NSDI

Objective: Students will gain a strong understaining of techniques and resources for web mapping using open source and ESRI products (ArcIMS).
