Even though it is Arizona, there can be quite cold days and especially nights here. It also can be windy and rainy during monsoon season (July-September). We suggest you pack items that will keep you comfortable during the days and nights if this type of weather occurs during your stay. We also suggest that you look at our climate and location link to help you get an idea of the past weather conditions we “normally” have. There is a gate that you will have to open and to get into the station after 5pm and therefore we suggest you bring a flashlight and plenty of batteries. Our kitchen is complete, but very basic, we suggest if you do not have any particular cooking item you can’t live without that you see what we offer before bringing or buying kitchen items.
